Here is a funny video about someone who's had some trouble using a Mac. I have worked on macs for a while, and I can honestly say I believe I know what is wrong with his computer. Of course, if I was talking to him over the phone, I would probably choose to go to his desk to fix it myself. He is a little too upset and fiesty to do any over-the-phone walk throughs. And BTW, if you lock up your mac, there is a handy dandy power button you can use to unlock it. It looks like this:
