AtomPark.com’s Atomic Email Software in Help Desk Functions

As part of any company’s customer service and help desk functions, the need will certainly arise when you  to contact your customers to inform them of anything from product announcements or additional information to new company policy to database updating, etc.  AtomPark.com’s Atomic software products were created to assist a company in these efforts.  Most of AtomPark’s software products deal with customer relationship management and online marketing.

Atomic Mail Sender:  This product is designed to help companies and individuals to send their emails such as e-newsletters, upcoming events, and anouncements.  No one wants to be sending spam emails, so the Atomic Mail Sender will help you send quality emails that are personalized.  It is a program with built-in tracking facilities to design, send and monitor bulk personalized emails. This software:

  • will create a personalized letter for each subscriber, which can include all the necessary information from your data base
  • can be set to process unsubscribe requests
  • accepts emails from Outlook address book, mailing lists generated in Excel, Access, DBF, Word, ASCII text files (.txt, .lst)
  • allows mail merging
  • will process unlimited number of emails
  • has its own internal SMTP server

Atomic Email Tracker:  This product is designed to help you monitor the emails by tracking who opens the emails, what country, etc.  It generates up to 10 different reports with filtering capabilities and illustrative charts.

Both these programs are very powerful and may assist the help desk and customer service functions of a company.
