What will it take to get ITIL Certified?
The average course is about three days, but many people study for as long as 6 months on their own.
How much does it cost?
Training courses and material vary, but I have seen exam fees between $200.00 $225.00 US. ($285 in Australia, £100 - £135 in the UK)
Is the ITIL Certification worth the trouble?
