
Merging Technologies' HelpDesk CentreDesk is an affordable solution for smaller help desks. It also received a Five-Cow rating from TwoCows. I don't see many Help Desk Ticketing applications that brag about performance, but this one does. They have a horrible website though, which is NOT a good sign for a software company. The website did make me wonder whether they support their product, but I cannot discount TwoCow's rating. Here are the highlight features.
Fast, easy call logging & call tracking, with the full history of all actions taken. - Easily assign tickets to technicians Time tracking (calculates holidays and working days) and flagged to indicate the current status and duration. Tickets that are awaiting a reply for quotations, or are in the workshop, or awaiting parts are automatically set to On Hold;

- Customers are kept informed as to the progress of reported faults, with emails being sent to confirm: That the issue has been logged, and the details Log completion
- SLA Contract labor charges are automated for quotations and invoices
