Have you ever wondered how your business could change by switching to Skype Internet telephony? Sure it sounds risky, but ignoring this technology could hurt your business in the future. There is no doubt that it can cut costs, but your top question is probably the same as mine, "How is the quality?" The next good question to ask is, "Which call costs are reduced?" Let's take a look. VoSky is a leading provider of Skype for business solutions offering a turnkey PBX-to-Skype appliance that enables businesses to enhance communications and reduce telecom costs. The Exchange platform maximizes VoIP savings by enabling free calling between company offices in different cities and/or countries, free inbound calls to the PBX from remote or mobile users calling from their Skype-enabled PCs, free Web Click-to-Call for customers calling from corporate websites, and low-cost long distance and international calls from the PBX to outside phones. Calls between Exchange-equipped offices and to other Skype users are free, while calls to traditional phones are charged at SkypeOut rates as low as 2 cents per minute -- even overseas. The company offers three products depending on your business needs: VoSKY Exchange 9140/9180 VoSKY Exchange 9040/9080 VoSKY Exchange 9000
I did not find any reviews on any of the VoSKY Exchange products, but this one reviews the VoSKY Chatterbox and Call Center: Realtime I get so much material daily about help desk issues, products, and sevices, that I have to work to keep up with it all. If you manage a help desk, you'd be crazy not to subscribe to this blog! Do it today and I'll keep you posted! Related Article: Call Center Telephony Solution: Blue Note Networks Does Video Too
