The company also claims that they are "the leading provider of ITIL compliant Service Level Management software," but Computer Weekly provides a strong opposing argument to this claim. Before you invest in this software, be sure you take an educated look at the BIGGER PICTURE.

An executive who has looked into the details of ITIL and acknowledged that they don't have the bandwidth to analyze all the complex details, could be an easy sell for Oblicore software. At first glance, Oblicore's claims are very impressive, and the software manufacture may be the first company to make such a claim. To be honest, the company makes it all look easy, simple, and tempting, but don't be fooled. Before you buy software that offers the impossible, ask questions.
