NetSupport Inc. announced the availability of a new version of their HelpDesk Tool today. NetSupport DNA Helpdesk v 2.7 is a competitively priced ticketing system for help desks and call centers. Reviews are chocked full of positive remarks from reputable sources, and they have an Independent Test Report posted on the site. ![]()
It does seem comparable to AdventNet's Help Desk Tool, but NetSupport DNA offers an email integration option that routes emails automatically to a support person using pre-set rules. The new version offers an improved escalation process that takes weekends, business hours, and holidays into account. This help desk software tool also updates user details with Active Directory. These are just the new features. Here is a full list of features.
NetSupport is able to keep the price low, because the software is web-based. A 30-day trial is available to those who need more persuasion.
