In my continued effort to keep my readers up-to-date about new help desk software, I want to let you know about Magnoware's latest update.  DataTrack System 2005 Second Edition Inc. is another  "affordable" web-enabled service management solution.  Designed for small to large-sized help desks, call centers, software development teams, IT Service Desks and IT departments the DataTrack System seems versatile enough for a variety of needs.  Magnoware promises that upgrades increase functionality, ease-of-use and reliability.  Honestly though, I would not buy this one without testing out NetSupport DNA first.
