Fortune magazine named the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the USA today.  To get a better look at where our industry is going, let's trim that down to just the Five Fastest Growing Computer Tech Companies according to Fortune Magazine:  (Companies are numbered according to Fortune's rankings.)fastest%20growing%20companies.jpg

#4  Intuitive Surgical (NYSE ISRG):  Robotics are all the rage in the medical industry.  These modern medical marvels allow surgeons to operate using tiny incisions.   

#6  Apple (NYSE AAPL):  No surprise here with the IPhone and IPOD.  There's nothing fruity about the latest and greatest products hitting the market.  

#14  Vasco Data Security International (NYSE VDSI):  These manufactures of hardware security tokens are doing well due to the increasing demand to protect data.

#15  Perficient  (NYSE PRFT):  This growing IT consulting company recently acquired E-Tech and Tier 1 Innovation.

 

#23  Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (NYSE MDRX):  Physician friendly software providers take a healthy place in the Fortune's 100 Fastest Growing Companies.
