Here's an interesting free Help Desk software with some original features from SpiceWorks. TechWorld posted a very positive review of this software after testing it. There is only one other free help desk software I know of called AdventNet. SpiceWorks is able to provide this software for free by funding it with Google Adsense. This tool is not loaded down with too many features either, and for small networks, this may be all that is needed. Asset management including all software on your network that helps you compile all of your licensing information and compare the number of licenses to the software installed. Ticketing System Subject Matter Expert - A feature that allows you to submit questions to the online Spice Works community. Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting RSS Feeds Keep coming back to stay abreast of the latest Help Desk software. I am collecting information about all latest Help Desk software from Free to Affordable and High-end. Related Articles: Help Desk Managers: Are You Satisfied with your Technology Investments?
