
Techlog has a "first look" at Microsoft's service desk software, and it looks interesting to me. Clicking the link, you'll see just a sneak peak of what could be a great product that could compete with HP's OpenView and BMC's Remedy.
As it's a Microsoft product, I'm sure it will tie nicely into SMS and MOM, but we'll see if the first version is usable. If Microsoft's CRM product is any indication, the first version won't be ready for prime time but they will quickly get up to speed.
